At Omniton, we believe that the key to a successful partnership is maintaining constant and clear communication with our clients. Before beginning an engagement, we work with you to establish and agree on the engagement parameters. We document the engagement phases and tasks in a detailed Statement of Work that includes scheduled check-points and deliverables.

Once the engagement begins, your Omniton team follows our proprietary  process to complete all tasks. This problem-solving process includes formal check-ins as well as additional, less formal communication with you, in terms of further collaboration days and work sessions. This, coupled with continuous emails and phone calls, helps everybody stay on top of important developments, and respond appropriately. We care about making you happy. That is why we believe your involvement with the process is critical to the success of our relationship.

In our many years of experience as consultants, we have developed several tools and techniques for powerful communication. We have learned how to clearly present ideas and concepts when they are still malleable, so as to solicit client participation as early as possible.
