This path starts when you contact us about a problem with which you think we can help. We ask you for the details, and suggest a direction to solve your problem, based on one or more of our services. We work with you to determine your needs, and create a plan that not only fulfils those needs but also falls in line with your budget and time requirements. We establish the primary communication mechanisms that we will use for the duration of the engagement. We also ask you to nominate a point person in your organisation to take primary responsibility for our relationship. We refer to this point person as the "client champion." On our side, we assign consultants to focus on your needs. In addition to the defined engagement work, these consultants are responsible for answering your queries, soliciting your involvement, and keeping you informed. We document our engagement agreement in a detailed Statement of Work, which serves as a way for you and Omniton to ensure that you are getting the results you need, when you need them. [ Top ]
