Omniton is a strategy consulting and investing company that employs a combination of expertise and methodology to achieve significant bottom-line improvements.

At Omniton, we view ourselves as value architects. Our quantitative understanding of the sources and levers of enterprise value enables us to identify for our clients how value can be created and sustained and how competitive advantage can be managed. Our broad experience of working with boards and executive managers enables us to turn our insights into practical, actionable programmes that good operating managers can implement. Our bias towards quantification provides a sound basis for the development of performance metrics to track progress and measure value capture.

We serve four broad groups of consulting clients:

1. Small, but high potential, technology based companies;
    
2. Venture capital funds, investment funds and private investors looking to acquire and/or improve technology based companies;
    
3. The boards and executive management of non-IT companies looking to better understand, leverage and govern their investments in IT; and
    
4. High potential, start-up technology companies.

For established technology businesses, we focus on business creation, ramp-up and redirection situations that call for intense analytical focus in order to determine the shifting drivers of value. As a result, we are heavily involved in businesses undergoing rapid competitive transition using information technology.

For early-stage technology businesses, we identify and focus attention on the key strategic, marketing and competitive variables that will make or break the business. In select instances, we will take an active role in management during the build phase, and we can assist in attracting investment funding rounds.

While our clients have a wide variety of business problems, we've seen certain ones repeatedly, and these have become Omniton specialties. However, some clients have needs that do not match any one Omniton service type, and we are happy to develop an engagement structure tailored to meet their needs.
