Omniton is a strategy consulting company with a unique mix of both traditional business strategy development and a range of investing advisory work; our clients include large corporations, technology start-ups, and private equity funds. We work with boards, senior executives and investors to improve dramatically their company's long-term performance, typically in situations where they are facing new, complex, and unstructured problems or opportunities. Our fact-based, analytical, and hands-on approach combined with our commitment to create actionable solutions and to work with our clients to see them through implementation provides a compelling and unique value proposition.

We are applying our skills in a focused way to the private equity business. We are able to combine our investment, business and strategy skills,  enabling detailed and fact-based due diligence that results in a comprehensive review of the strategic positioning and operating performance of an investment target.

Additionally, our consulting base has expanded beyond our traditional corporate focus to include smaller firms and technology "start-ups" that have a clear potential to be large corporations. These clients value our ability to both combine strategic problem solving perspectives with a thorough knowledge of capital markets and financing issues in developing integrated business strategies, and to drive these to practical, bottom-line solutions. Our work with these companies often involves equity as part of the fee structure.

Our practice cuts across industry lines. In our assignments, we work closely with client organisations throughout the process — from early interviewing to define the issues and to build the basic data inputs, through interim reviews of the results to ensure broad understanding and agreement, to thorough combing of recommendations for feasibility and practicality. In many cases, members of the organisations work with us day to day in integrated project teams.
