of our newer people, we do not foster a set "way" or "cookbook"
which structures how we work. Individuals are encouraged to exercise

and in the contributions they make to develop the firm. We recognise
that to maintain our healthy backlog of business, strong client
relations, and our "small company" culture we must continually
